Summary:
The goal was to create a knowledge base, but write it for a user with some relevant knowledge on the topic. I chose to write for Mac users looking to learn Windows because of the casual Mac users in my life who struggle when they use Windows.

Summary:
The goal was to create a technical document with extreme limitations. I chose a product manual for a fictional dedicated media player because a product manual would limit the colors I could use (black, white, and gray) and the size of the document would need to fit in the box for the product (7 cm x 12 cm).

The goal was to create a job aid for my dad to help him navigate the inputs on his TV. He has been using a handwritten note card to remember which inputs on the TV pointed to which device, so I created a document that was easier for him to read.
